Director, Finance Business Partner Overview

The Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is seeking a Business Partner Director to drive our financial strategy and support business decision-making through innovative analysis and collaborative problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering impactful insights, highly motivated, intellectually curious, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify financial opportunities, solve challenges, and deliver actionable solutions.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes to support organizational objectives.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to guide decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights to support growth, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Drive revenue growth initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, services, legal, accounting, deal management, and corporate teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Investment Analysis: Evaluate business cases, capital investments, and strategic initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform financial strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial controls.
  • Present financial results and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Demonstrate advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Be skilled at communicating technical financial concepts succinctly and clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities, fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities, recommending sustainable solutions.
  • Possess a strategic mindset, continually assessing market and business trends to inform planning.
  • Be confident and exacting in both written and verbal communication, able to articulate vision and roadmap effectively.
  • Desirable Capabilities:
    • Familiarity with global business environments and multi-currency operations.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
    • Strong understanding of the payments industry and emerging technologies.
