We are Givaudan. Human by nature.As Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in Givaudan’s Taste & Wellbeing business. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for providing Supply Chain oversight for our Flavours operations. You will lead the demand/supply planning and execution ensuring that products are manufactured and supplied on time with optimal quality standards and production costs to achieve our customers’ satisfaction.**Your core responsibilities will be**:Strategy design and executionProvide key supply chain inputs to the Operations business plans and participate in the design of the regionalSupply Chain strategy and definition of related objectives based on input provided by other regional functions,e.g. Commercial or Business Development.Adapt and implement the regional supply chain strategy, and oversee the design and execution of relatedtactical and operational plans to meet regional and local Operations objectives.Function managementLead the execution of the developed strategies aligned with the business needs in order to reachand maintain the KPI´s of each area under SCM following the best practices at the most cost effective process.Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders in line with the company´s strategy, targets andleadership principles.Oversee the smooth execution of local demand and supply planning as well as inventory management,ensuring material availability while maintaining cost control and following best practices.Place an active role in the development of the supply chain network.Organize reliable, efficient and safe warehouse and shipping operations.Act exemplary in terms of behavioural safety and keep expectations high with respect to safety targets.People managementOversee the execution of annual human resources processes within the local Supply Chain and Planningteam(s) and validates related results.Work with the local Operations and regional Supply Chain management, as well as HR Business Partner(s), inrecruiting and developing a local talent pipeline.You?Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
