  • As a technical lead for our Individual Product journey in the Retirement sector, we are seeking a skilled full-stack Java developer with expertise in AWS services.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with React (JavaScript) and strong leadership skills to drive design and development initiatives.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in implementing AWS-based solutions is required, along with financial services experience being highly preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading full-stack Java/React development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Designing and implementing robust AWS-based infrastructure to support scalable applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure successful delivery.
  • Mentoring junior developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a full-stack Java developer.
  • Expert-level understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.
  • Strong knowledge of React (JavaScript) and its application in front-end development.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills to drive team success.
  • Financial services experience, preferably in retirement products.
