Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly talented and self-motivated Data Analyst to join us on our journey to advance the world of technology through innovation and creativity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Expertly perform tasks under supervision.
2. Analyze and report on performance of digital advertising and content marketing programs.
3. Interpret analytical findings (including trends) into actionable recommendations for campaign design and/or adjustment.
4. Ensure proper implementation of various analytics platforms.
5. Design and analyze tests and experiments.
6. Maintain and improve performance dashboards.
7. Advise clients on relevant best practices.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Statistics.
2. Strong data manipulation skills: querying and manipulating data with SQL; advanced MS Excel skills (vlookup, functions, dashboards, Power Pivot) or equivalent working knowledge of R or Python.
3. Experience in a digital marketing team with a focus on analytics for digital acquisition/performance marketing: paid digital media (social, search, display, programmatic), email, landing pages.
4. Experience with A/B ad and conversion testing. Extra points for experience with multi-touch attribution or marketing mix modeling experience.
5. Experience with healthcare or B2B/B2C marketing a plus.
6. Concise and clear written and oral communication.
7. Strong attention to detail.
