PayRetailers is a payment gateway designed to handle mass online payments in Latin America where credit card penetration and bancarization levels remain low. We are looking for a UX Designer to be based in São Paulo.
**Job Duties and Responsabilities**:
- You are able to showcase your experience in all phases of the design process from concept to launch and comfortable making hard decisions to deliver an impact
- You are a structured thinker and love communicating concepts and ideas throughout the process, and you have the ability to speak expertly about your own design work and convince others of your reasoning
- Experience working with design systems for Latam markets
- Work hands-on to creatively solve problems.
- Collaborate with a team of multi-disciplined UX designers, user researchers, product managers, and engineers in a fast-paced, dynamic, and agile environment.
- Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and user experiences.
- Produce high-quality design deliverables that communicate design solutions and facilitate discussion.
- Support user research to understand needs and define workflows.
- Demonstrate a passion for iteration by proactively requesting feedback.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects of varying timelines, degrees of complexity, and scope.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in software design, industry standards, changes, and trends in UX.
- Draw inspiration and ideas from internal and external sources.
- Dissect design obstacles and tackle them in a methodical manner in order to overcome them effectively.
**Requeriments**:
- Methodological way of working and ability to cope with competing demands and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Being eager to develop your skills and progress within the company structure is key.
- Proven track record with financial, digital payments market products.
- Hands on with data analysis tools.
- Data driven decision making.
- Degree in Product/Industrial Design, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Portuguese Native and English negotiation level. Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in the digital payments business from 3 years.
