**The Opportunity**:
We’re looking for a sharp, brand-driven **Designer** to bring our strategic thinking to life visually. You’ll be responsible for building and evolving our core brand identity and scalable visual systems across every touchpoint — from brand guides and internal templates to landing pages and key digital assets.
We move fast and we expect you to match our pace. If you deliver on time or ahead of schedule, you’re in rhythm with the team. During critical launches or urgent projects, or if delays happen, we’ll push harder together — and that can include weekend work. The goal is always to move quickly, keep quality high, and deliver when it matters most.
**Your First Weeks: Dive Deep & Prove Yourself**
When you start, you'll be paid, but understand this is an active training and evaluation period. You won't just be passively learning; you'll be aggressively researching, rapidly onboarding, and actively contributing from day one. This phase is designed to confirm you're the right fit for our demanding pace and unique culture. This isn't a guaranteed long-term position from the start. We’re transparent because we’re committed to finding our core team — and the right people will be excited by this challenging yet rewarding entry point.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Evolve and expand our brand system (typography, color, layout logic, motion, templates)
- Build logic with flexibility to enable indirectly recognizable style with flexibility to stay dynamic and fresh
- Create and maintain internal brand documentation and style guides
- Translate strategy and messaging into distinctive, memorable brand visuals
- Design micro-assets: logos, icons, frameworks, badges, certification stamps, etc.
- Help build content across mediums (socials, web, video, presentations) — while maintaining the system and identity

**Experience Requirement & Portfolio SubmissionMinimum Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in brand design, brand systems, or visual identity development.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating mastery of brand identity, scalable design systems, and consistent multi-channel execution.
