We are recruiting for an Estimator Engineer, Junior to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the Belo Horizonte - MG office. Responsibilities Responsible for preparing investment estimates (CapEx), operational costs (OpEx), and sustaining costs; managing quotations and analyzing commercial proposals; developing unit price compositions; and serving as the interface with suppliers and other disciplines. Experience in preparing CAPEX/OPEX for large-scale projects in mining, metallurgy, and infrastructure. About You Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Administration. 4 years’ minimum experience in a similar role. Experience in preparing budgets for civil and assembly services. Analysis and preparation of Budget Difference Indicator (BDI). Knowledge of taxation. Preparation of unit price compositions (UPCs), including definition of contingency, escalation, and allowances for uncertainties. Commercial proposal analysis. Issuance of commercial evaluations of proposals. Knowledge of FEL methodology or similar for capital project development and implementation. Experience in preparing economic and financial disbursements for projects. Strong interpersonal skills. Best practices in strategic project management. Experience in multidisciplinary engineering projects. Experience with project implementation. Why Ausenco?
