**Atribuições do Cargo**
- Dar suporte à transferência de novos produtos para a manufatura.
- Contribuir para:
- manutenção de processos: seguros, efetivos quanto ao custo e robustos;
- processo de melhoria contínua;
- Realizar Gemba Walks nas áreas produtivas e fornecer suportes imediatos para solução de problemas;
- Comunicar ao seu gestor sobre problemas e desvios e fornecer apoio à Engenharia de Manufatura;
- Participar ativamente dos Core Teams e em times multifuncionais;
- Utilizar as ferramentas "Problem Solving" / Quality Catch / NCEP / CAPA;
- Revisar documentos, instruções de trabalho, procedimentos, planos de inspeção, métodos de teste;
- Contribuir ativamente nos MRB: destinar produtos e registrar os defeitos, objetivando estabelecer critérios para reduzir o número de válvulas destinadas para o MRB;
- Realizar recomendações para o time de design, com objetivo de produzir produtos com menor custo, maior Yield, com qualidade.
**Requisitos Necessários**
- Formação: Graduação ou Tecnólogo preferencialmente em Engenharias ou Ciências (Exatas ou Biológicas) em qualquer período desde que atenda a experiência mínima requerida.
- Conhecimento básico em Estatística;
- Conhecimento intermediário Pacote Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Conhecimento básico em ferramentas e metodologia da qualidade para investigação, análise de causa-raiz e solução de problemas;
- Inglês básico;
**Requisitos Desejáveis**
- Conhecimento do MS Project;
- Técnicas de Gestão de Projetos;
- Conhecimento do MS Visio;
- Conhecimento da ISO 14971.
- Conhecimento básico em Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF) RDC 16/2013;
- Conhecimento básico da ISO 13485.
Disponibilidade para trabalhar nos horários de 06h30 as 16h10 ou 16h00 a 01h35
