Financial Operations Manager Job Overview: The Financial Operations Manager will oversee the administration of financial activities, encompassing reconciliations, reporting, and data management. Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including reconciliations, reporting, and data management Manage payroll and contractor payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness Supervise invoicing and Accounts Receivable processes, maintaining healthy cash flow Lead the setup and optimization of financial tools like QuickBooks Online (QBO), Stripe, and Excel/Google Sheets for enhanced financial visibility Collaborate with leadership to design and implement process improvements and automation initiatives Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Key Responsibilities: Reconciliations: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of financial accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. Reporting: Develop and disseminate regular financial reports to stakeholders, providing insights into key performance indicators. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Requirements: Proven experience in financial operations management, preferably in a similar industry. Advanced knowledge of financial software, including QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Excel/Google Sheets. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
