Visão Geral/**Responsabilidades**:WOOD, a global leader in the delivery of Projects, Engineering and Technical Services for the Energy and Industrial markets, hires a **3D Administrator **for its office in Rio de Janeiro.**Objective**:Level of seniority will be reflected in the level of experience and ability to solve most complex problems, may coach and guide others and will be seen as a senior member within the team.**Responsabilities**:- Create and manage user accounts- Responsible for ensuring licenses in place for all deployed software including cost evaluation and management- Act as the first point of contact and carry out problem diagnosis and resolution of user issues- Escalates to and works with vendor technical resources for problems that cannot be resolved in-houseDocument infrastructure issues, submit to IT&S for and ensure resolution and close-outProvide user training, desktop support and frontline user support including troubleshootingDevelopment and customisation of system deliverables such as drawings and reports, based on project requirements.QualificaÃ-ões:**Desired education requirements**:- Technological Training in Information Technology Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology or similar is desirable.**Experience required**:- Desirable 7 years of experience in project design, preferably in the Oil and Gas industries or Refinery.- 3 years of experience in Administration of Electronic Mockups, Aveva PDMS/E3D packages, or Hexagon Smart Plant 3D, or others.**Desired technical qualifications**:- Desirable Advanced Office Package.- Advanced English Desirable.- Desirable experience in SQL, VB.Net, C# Desirable knowledge of documentation management systems.**This opportunity is extended to people with disabilities.**Sobre a Wood:A Wood é líder global em engenharia e consultoria em energia e ambiente construído, ajudando a desbloquear soluções para alguns dos desafios mais críticos do mundo.
