This mission-critical role will provide critical tax operational support to Tax operations.As an Associate Director, Tax you will be the lead responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and tax expertise across the tax team. You will perform complex operational and technical tax analysis and reporting for areas of responsibility. Your expertise will be essential in providing coaching, work coordination, guidance on issue resolution, and developing team skills. You will use sound problem-solving techniques, facilitate process execution, ensure auditability is maintained, implement plans to address exposures, promote improvements within the tax process area and utilizes the agile methodology.You will work day-to-day with external tax vendors, ensuring high-quality provision of tax compliance services to the company. Review external vendor work deliverables and output, including tax returns and payments, tax accounting computations, and reporting. Work hands-on. Provide high-quality tax advisory support to Kyndryl’s business units and support functions, including working cross-functionally with Kyndryl’s Legal, Treasury, Finance & Accounting (including Shared Services Centers) teams to meet Kyndryl’s strategic and operational tax objectives and initiatives.Working in a globally integrated tax function with a strong tradition in innovation, you will possess strong teaming and communication skills and apply a collaborative mindset.
