True Built offers unparalleled flexibility, seamlessly integrating with existing solutions or serving as a comprehensive standalone platform.We are seeking an experienced Industry Specialist/Estimator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming the way builders approach preconstruction.Responsibilities:As an Industry Specialist/Preconstruction Manager at True Built, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our product development team and the needs of the preconstruction industry.Your primary responsibilities will include:Industry Expertise:Utilize your deep understanding of preconstruction processes, including takeoff/estimation, bid management, and qualification/risk management.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to preconstruction software and workflows.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the preconstruction software landscape.Act as a subject matter expert and provide insights and guidance to the product development team.Prospective Sales Support:Collaborate with the True Built sales team to win new business and onboard new customers to the True Built PlatformAbility to conduct product demos for prospective customers along with industry knowledge to showcase True Built's preconstruction software and its value proposition.Customer Engagement and Support:Engage with customers, industry professionals, and stakeholders to understand their pain points, challenges, and needs.Collaborate with Customer Support to identify customer pain points.Provide training, support, and guidance to customers in adopting and maximizing the use of True Built's software solutions.Content Creation:Contribute to thought leadership content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and industry presentations, to establish True Built as a trusted authority in preconstruction.Represent True Built at industry events, conferences, and webinars to share insights and network with industry professionals.Act as an ambassador for True Built, building relationships with industry influencers and fostering partnerships.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).6+ years of experience with OST, Quickbid & Planswift.Proven experience in preconstruction roles, including takeoff/estimation and bid management.Strong knowledge of preconstruction software and tools, such as takeoff/estimation software, bid management platforms, and qualification/risk management solutions.Experience in product management or a strong understanding of product development processes.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities, drive insights, and make data-driven decisions.Ability to work collaboratively across teams, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Passion for innovation, technology, and driving positive change in the construction industry.If you are a passionate industry professional with a strong understanding of preconstruction workflows and the desire to shape the future of preconstruction software, we want to hear from you.
