Our diverse and collaborative teams are constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.Ready to join us?**About this opportunity**The Pricing and Promotions Manager role is responsible for the development and performance of commercial initiatives across LATAM, which focus on growing product revenue, understanding and influencing customer buying behavior, developing new go-to-market approaches and/or increasing customer engagement and satisfaction.Key focus will be to optimize commercial initiatives across LATAM, with particular attention to ensuring smooth deployment and execution of promotions and pricing in the area.Key initiative topics may include but are not limited to: product discount and customer programs, product affordability, financing programs, promotions, customer communications, product profitability.The role will be part of the Americas and EMEA Marketing Organization and reports directly into the AE Marketing Commercial Director.**In this role, you will...**- Create and manage commercial marketing programs and tools which accelerate Align’s product adoption and revenue growth. This implies a deep understanding of Align’s customer base (orthodontists, dentists), product benefits and competitive landscape.- Codesign long term commercial marketing strategy, with initial focus on iTero- Proactively provide recommendations for improvements to commercial initiatives- Support commercial initiatives, such as promotions, price changes, customer programs from design to execution with a strong hands-on approach.- Proactively provide recommendations for improvements to commercial initiatives, execution optimizations and design.- Lead and oversee business case creation (including financials and technical feasibility assessment) while supporting FP&A team in validating financial metrics.- Work collaboratively with counterpart in the Orthodontic and GP channel, iTero team, finance team and liaise with sales team to understand needs, gaps and provide guidance.- Interface with Financial Business Operation team and Apptus (SFDC) team to support system validations for promotions and pricing. Both teams based in Global Office (USA - CA).- Provide on-going support for business initiatives, promotions, and any pricing changes with a strong hands-on approach in managing operational tasks independently and be able to pivoting quickly and adjusting priorities as needed- Ensure pricing for new products, pricing changes, and discounts are properly reflected in downstream systems for customers, billing, revenue recognition, and discount/loyalty programs.- Support cross-functional team efforts to investigate and drive resolution for systems issues that are related to pricing and promotions.- Provide daily hands-on support to sales team when it comes to promotions deployment or support in clarifying specific promotions executional questions.- Help the team thinking holistically and proactively about profitability, scalability and priorities over the next 12/24 months.- Develop and maintain a blueprint for deployment in coordination with IT, Business operations and global team.**In this role, you'll need...**- 7 years’ relevant experience in a similar role, same industry is a plus- Strong understanding of the essentials of sales and marketing- Strong multi-tasking as well as problem solving skills, strong analytical capabilities,- Proficiency in building models and dashboards in MS Excel is required (use of advanced formulas such as V/lookup, Index, Match, Advanced Filters)- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks- Shows initiative, takes action, & maintains ownership- Self-starting, hands-on mentality with a pro-active mindset, able to the lead and work independently while consulting and involving relevant stakeholders- Highly organized- Experience in working in multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment- Creates a collaborative work environment and works well with cross-functional teams- Thinks critically and strategically, and can balance creativity and practicality- Understand cost/benefit relationships**Educação**- Bachelor's degree (BA) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent experience- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory, Intermediate Spanish is desirable**Sound like a good fit?*****About AlignAlign Technology is a publicly traded medical device company that is **transforming smiles and changing lives**.
