Product Registration Specialist We are seeking a Product Registration Specialist to support and accelerate product registration and compliance activities in the Brazilian market, reporting directly to our Registration Manager. Manage submissions, follow-ups, and maintenance of product registrations in Brazil, ensuring seamless integration with internal teams. Guarantee compliance with national regulatory requirements (MAPA, IBAMA, ANVISA) and drive successful product launch plans. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute registration strategies for Brazil aligned with business objectives and product portfolio, fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Prepare and submit registration dossiers for technical and formulated products, maintaining accurate documentation archives. Coordinate with external consultants, laboratories, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient approval processes. Communicate effectively with regulatory authorities through local partners or directly, facilitating progress updates and timeline management. Monitor updates in Brazilian and LATAM regulatory frameworks, providing expert advice to management on strategic initiatives. Provide regulatory support to commercial, marketing, and R&D teams, promoting cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing. Support post-registration activities such as renewals, label updates, and re-registration processes, ensuring ongoing compliance and efficiency. Collaborate closely with global regulatory teams to align strategies and share best practices, driving business growth and success.
