Our team is problem solving and solution creators who actively participate on the strategy definition, governance, project, design, implementation, knowledge transfer and change management.Responsibilities:- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership.- Lead project management transformation and continuous improvement projects, identifying and implementing new tools and processes.- Develop and translate strategy into workstream objectives and process frameworks.- Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills and leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.**Qualifications**:Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree required;- Advanced/Intermediate English Level is necessary;- Experience planning and leading projects and strategic initiatives;- Strong verbal and written communication skills;- Innovative mindset and process knowledge;- Lead by influence;- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with data analysis;- Knowledge of tools and projects methodologies;- Strong project reporting skills and experience in a project coordination role;- Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions;- Project management by innovative models implementation.
