ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior person to support logistics operations, with the main focus being monitoring best practices in leadership and management of the agencies responsible for recruitment.

This role will be based in our office in Guarulhos

Monitoring Leadership Processes

  • Auditing Terminations.
  • Daily updating of agency service tickets.
  • Taking action on specific day-to-day demands.
  • Auditing and ensuring that leaders are practicing the company's best management practices (feedback and consequence matrix), as well as assisting those with greater difficulties, with a focus on engagement and retention.
  • Building bridges of trust with operations leadership.
  • Having biweekly roundtable discussions with leaders from all shifts.

Project Management:

  • Monitoring termination and satisfaction surveys monthly and creating action plans on areas that need improvement.
  • Managing projects on identified improvements.

Recruitment and Selection Process:

  • Monitoring the operational vacancy funnel together with recruitment agencies.
  • Monitoring the agency selection process and developing improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in HRBP Projects.
  • High interpersonal skills.
  • Recruitment and selection experience.
  • Ability to lead several projects in parallel.
  • Organization and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to analyze research and summarize critical items.
  • Completed higher education.
  • Advanced English.
  • Intermediate Excel skills

The following will be an advantage:

  • Experience in an operational environment.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Knowledge of process and data auditing.
