Leadtechnical discussions , manage escalations, and ensure seamless delivery of ECS services. SupportSAP S/4HANA conversions , migrations, and upgrades with deep technical expertise. Collaborate with Client Delivery Managers, Product Leads, and Architects to shape long-term service plans. Driveinnovation adoption , capacity planning, and landscape optimization. Provide hands-on support duringcritical cutoversand IT situationsRequirements and Qualifications:Experience in SAP Basis & infrastructure Hands-on experience inSAP Migrationand/orUpgradeprojects. Knowledge ofHyperscalers(Azure, AWS, GCP). Experience withSAP RISE MigrationandEnterprise Cloud Servicesis a plus. Certifications in SAP Migration or Upgrade (ZDO method) are highly valued. Willingness to support weekend cutovers when needed. Expertise inSAP NetWeaver , high availability/disaster recovery architecture. Familiarity with SAP cloud integrations (SCP, Ariba, SuccessFactors). Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus onpreventing downtime .
