Highly skilled Salesforce developers are in high demand, and we're seeking a talented professional to lead our team in building innovative solutions. About the Role: This senior-level position requires expertise in designing and developing Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Aura components for custom pages, dashboards, and portals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, and data model design, as well as experience with Experience Cloud sites and customization. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop complex LWCs and Aura components for various applications. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to bring designs to life while maintaining Lightning Design System (SLDS) standards. Integrate LWCs with Apex controllers and REST APIs for seamless data flow between front-end and back-end systems. Implement performance optimizations such as caching, pagination, and lazy loading for efficient data retrieval. Requirements: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 2 years focused on LWCs. Proven track record of building and customizing Experience Cloud portals. Strong understanding of Apex, Salesforce DX, and data model design. Solid front-end fundamentals: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and ideally TypeScript.
