About the Brand You’ll Support You’ll be fully dedicated to Rove Concepts, a leading North American luxury furniture and e Commerce brand with nearly two decades in the market. Rove is known for its design-driven collections, strong U. S. and Canadian presence, and a fast-paced, data-informed growth culture. While employed under Promethex AI, you’ll work day-to-day with Rove’s Finance and Operations leadership to drive forecasting accuracy, financial insights, and performance visibility across the business. The Role As a Financial Analyst, you’ll analyze business performance, improve forecasting precision, and deliver data-backed recommendations that influence real operational decisions. You’ll use advanced Excel and BI tools to automate reporting, streamline processes, and uncover financial opportunities. What You’ll Do Partner with logistics, production, supply chain, and operations teams to analyze performance data and surface insights. Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, planning, and scenario analysis. Support demand planning and inventory cycles to improve purchasing and cash flow efficiency. Automate recurring financial reports and dashboards using Excel or BI tools. Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities in alignment with company goals. Present key findings and recommendations to senior leadership in clear, professional English—both written and verbal. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or FP& A professional (ideally in e Commerce, retail, or manufacturing). Strong forecasting and modeling skills using Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus. Excellent English communication—able to write concise reports and speak confidently with North American leadership. Analytical mindset with the ability to link operational and financial data to business performance. Comfortable working North American business hours (Pacific Time). Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.
