Overview:
A "Gerente BT Engenharia de Integração e Supply Chain" is a senior-level role that involves overseeing the integration strategy and architecture of an entire organization or a large-scale project. They are involved in defining the vision, goals, principles, and governance of integration, as well as evaluating and selecting the appropriate integration technologies, tools, and methodologies. They also collaborate with other architects, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure that the integration solutions are aligned with the business needs, the enterprise architecture, and the IT infrastructure. A successful integration architect needs to have extensive experience and knowledge in integration design patterns, architectures, frameworks, and standards, such as service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, enterprise service bus (ESB), application programming interfaces (APIs), and messaging systems. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a broad understanding of various domains, such as business, data, security, and cloud.

Essential Functions:

• Accountable for the budget, performance, and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams.
• As a subject matter expert, address & influence on integration engineering related matters that span beyond own team across the Bunge organization.
• Contribute to the development of new principles and theories.
• Ensure requirements are met and evaluate performance with customer.
• Coordinate the support for software patching and compliance on end user devices.
• Evaluate existing systems and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement information system changes.
• Coordinate designs of subsystems and integration of total system.
• Collaborate to deliver architectural coherence and support performance, safety, modularity, redundancy, quality tradeoff analysis of the autonomy system.
• Perform multiple roles as needed during the course of the project.
• Coordinate the prioritization of engineering analysis to mitigate technical and program risks.
• Establish the short-term strategy (1-3 years) and implement the integration framework strategy.
• Integration framework initiative will have impact on the business on an international scale.
• This individual is recognized as an external thought leader regarding integration engineering.
• Provide technical program management as an integration development lead.
• Lead a team to technical consensus on major decisions.
• Problems faced are difficult and often complex and multi-dimensional.
• Anticipates and interprets internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices.
• Represent the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects.
• Design, develop and execute software solutions to address complex technical problems.
• Participate in the evaluation and introduction of new technologies.
• Leads large projects and processes providing leadership & direction to other managers, professionals & team members.
• Develops & contributes to the development of short to midterm (1-3 year) talent plans.
• Provides leadership to solution architects and their team (7+).
• Mentor and work with domain-related architects, developers, and testers throughout projects.
• Support and guide integration architecture governance team and practices in accordance with business and IT strategies.
• Engage with industry and standards bodies to shape the development of components and software for future control systems.
• Work side by side with business leaders to solve complex client challenges.
• Collaborate with domain and system architects to define solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 6 - 10 years of position-related experience, or equivalent combo of education and experience level.
• 10+ Years Experience with Databases and SQL.
• Expert level proficiency with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Expert level experience with API integration and understanding of web services using RESTful APIs and web services: SOAP, Web, and others.
• Experience with cloud software and systems.
• Demonstrable capability with system architecture, business process analysis, computing, and middleware.
• Expert knowledge of databases and SQL, ability to write complex queries for data retrieval.
• Expert level knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and ESB concepts.
• Expert level understanding of secure integration techniques using OAuth, JWT, etc.
• Expert level knowledge of monitoring and use of monitoring tools to stabilize and improve integrations.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Expert collaborator and comfortable with a variety of stakeholder backgrounds and types.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
• (Strongly Preferred) 5+ years’ experience managing development or integration teams.
