- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Programming Fundamentals : Solid grounding in core programming concepts, including object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and error handling. Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
- Frameworks and Libraries : Experience with key Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, FastAPI, or similar. Exposure to data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) is highly desirable.
- AI & Machine Learning : Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience developing or deploying solutions in public cloud environments, with preference for Microsoft Azure. Familiarity with cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, storage, compute, networking).
- DevOps and CI / CD : Solid understanding of DevOps practices, version control (Git), CI / CD toolchains (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.), containerization (Docker), and automated testing.
- Analytical Ability : Exceptional problem solving and analytical thinking skills, with a methodical approach to breaking down complex issues and identifying root causes.
- Design Patterns : Exposure to and practical experience with software design patterns and architectural concepts. Ability to apply these patterns to enhance code maintainability and scalability.
- Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and solutions for diverse audiences.
- Learning Mindset : Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to changing requirements and technical landscapes.
- Teamwork : Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, share knowledge, and contribute to collective goals.
- Professional experience building AI-driven automation solutions for business processing or enterprise environments.
- Experience in deploying and managing applications in Azure, including use of Azure DevOps and related cloud automation tools.
- Proficiency in additional programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Java) and integration with RESTful APIs or microservices architectures.
