Oowlish, one of Latin America’s rapidly expanding software development companies, is seeking experienced technology professionals for a remote Backend Developer (.NET Core) role. About the Role As a valued member of Oowlish, you will collaborate with premier clients from the United States and Europe, contributing to pioneering digital solutions. This remote-friendly position focuses on building and maintaining high-performance backend services and API‑driven architecture using modern .NET Core frameworks, C#, SQL databases, and microservices‑based solutions. Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core / C# Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices Design and maintain SQL data models (PostgreSQL or SQL Server) Work with Entity Framework Core for data access Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices Collaborate with developers and product teams on new features Use Git and version control best practices Must have Solid hands‑on experience with .NET Core / C# Strong SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL or SQL Server) Experience with Entity Framework Core Experience building and consuming REST APIs Experience working with microservice architectures Proficiency with Git and versioning workflows Nice to have Experience with Docker / Kubernetes Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Familiarity with RabbitMQ or Kafka Experience with CI/CD pipelines Benefits & Perks Home office, flexible hours, competitive compensation based on experience, career growth, international projects, Oowlish English Program, Oowlish Fitness with Total Pass, games and competitions.
