Based in our São Paulo office and reporting to the Marketing Coordinator. Opportunity This is an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated Social Media Analyst that loves to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on operational execution and wants to join an energetic, fast‑paced, and fun EF Marketing Team in Brazil. This role is perfect for a Social Media Analyst who loves to build a brand through exciting social initiatives and thinks holistically about the relationship between online and offline in to create and execute strategic social media plans for a local audience. Responsibilities Your main responsibilities are : Consumer Journey Effectiveness Lead the organic content strategy. Drive brand awareness, affinity, and engagement throughout all key social media platforms and in line with EF's brand positioning. Research social media trends and consumer behavior insights to inform content strategy. Create content for organic social campaigns that encourage social share and engagement, working with design, content, and technical teams. Manage the daily social media scheduling and posting. Develop weekly / monthly content calendars based on KPIs. Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums. Social media community management: monitor, listen, and respond to users across all social channels - managing EF brand reputation and reviews across platforms. Requirements Knowledge and experience in digital marketing. Passionate about organic social strategies, content creation, and keeping up with trends. Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media. Ability to switch from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side, demonstrating why ideas are analytically sound. In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios. Ability to analyze consumer behavior and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong relationship‑building skills in a collaborative environment. Excellent English writing and speaking skills. Superior time management. Evident technical understanding and ability to learn new tools quickly. Capable of working independently and within a team environment. Proficiency in Canva is a must (ability to create and adapt visual content for social media). Nice to Have (Plus) Additional design skills with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator or similar. Experience creating simple visual assets for social media posts and stories.
