Job Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Corporate Development Manager. This role is responsible for providing strategic business services to companies within the Perseus Group. The Perseus Group is an operating division of Constellation Software Inc., a Canadian-based publicly traded company with over 6,000 employees. We operate in multiple software industry verticals and have a presence in over 40 offices globally. Main Responsibilities: Create strong strategic partnerships with senior decision-makers from software companies, mergers and acquisitions advisors, and private equity/venture capital professionals to identify current and future acquisition opportunities for the Perseus Group. Develop and manage a pipeline of potential acquisitions using Salesforce CRM and create market maps to establish strong relationships within assigned software industry sectors. Meet or exceed monthly targets for meaningful contacts and other measurable key performance indicators related to M&A sourcing. Requirements A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales or client-facing M&A/finance roles. A clear interest in building a long-term pipeline of meaningful relationships with prospects. Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to engage with CEOs, M&A advisors, corporate development, private equity, and venture capital professionals.
