Cloud Data Engineer We are seeking a skilled Cloud Data Engineer to work remotely as an independent contractor for a global client. Implement and maintain data architecture in Snowflake ensuring a robust dimensional data model. Define and oversee data transformation processes using Coalesce.io and manage data extraction and loading with Airbyte. Key Responsibilities Design and optimize the BI semantic layer to enable self-service analytics in Power BI. Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable data architecture solutions. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Data Architect or Cloud Data Engineer with a strong background in cloud-based data platforms. Essential Skills Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Power BI, Coalesce.io, Airbyte, SQL Server/SSIS, and some exposure to Azure Data Factory. Deep understanding of Medallion architecture and dimensional data modeling.
