Job Description We are seeking an experienced Workday Techno-Functional Analyst to assist in the resolution of live Workday issues, gathering and documenting business requirements and functional designs, performing data analysis and regression testing, acting as a Workday configuration SME (Business Processes, EIBs, security), and independently managing Workday Cloud Connect for Benefits (CCB) and Workday Studio integrations, including payroll and end-to-end support. Key Responsibilities: Resolve live Workday issues with high accuracy and efficiency. Gather and document comprehensive business requirements and functional designs. Perform in-depth data analysis and regression testing to ensure system stability and compliance. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Workday configuration, specifically Business Processes, EIBs, and security. Independently manage Workday Cloud Connect for Benefits (CCB) and Workday Studio integrations, including payroll and end-to-end support. Mandatory Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday functional/techno-functional roles. Strong knowledge of Workday HCM configuration and business processes. Hands-on experience with CCB and Workday Studio integrations. Proven experience in payroll support and production issue resolution. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
