Overview

HCLTech is hiring for a dynamic international project in Mexico City. We’re seeking a versatile Applications Analyst with hands-on expertise in Five9, Calabrio, SolidWorks, and NiceLabel Pro.

Responsibilities
  • Support Five9 for contact center operations and Calabrio for workforce optimization and analytics.
  • Utilize SolidWorks for engineering and product design workflows.
  • Configure and maintain NiceLabel Pro for label creation and printing in supply chain and manufacturing environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and performance across platforms.
Relocation

Relocation Requirement: Must be available to work remotely from Brazil during the initial period, with mandatory relocation to Mexico after the probation period.
