Process and Quality Improvement Analyst at BairesDev
Being a Process and Quality Improvement Senior Analyst in our Development Team is just like being a full-time problem solver. We expect your abilities to be a combination of experience, knowledge, and independence. Innovation is also at the heart of the BairesDev strategy. So, if you were willing to take on the most complex tasks and be a master of your tech stack, Manual QA, then you are probably one of those unique we're looking for.
What You'll Do:
- Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
- Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Analyze current process standards and metrics in order to provide solutions for improvements.
- Coordinate with Experts to develop process improvement reports, and appropriate recommendations and conclusions.
- Inform respective teams on process improvement and reengineering strategies.
- Update and maintain documentation on process improvements and process performance.
Here's what we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in similar positions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Understanding of QA process for software development, debugging, and release.
- Ability to objectively review and qualify objective data.
- Proven experience in improving processes and Project Auditing.
- Experience with CMM, CMMI, PMO, or SEPG, or other quality assurance frameworks.
- Advanced English level.
