We are looking for a Senior Treasury/Finance Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This position requires a proactive and analytical profile with strong communication skills, especially in English, as you will interact with both domestic and international clients and team members.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire treasury workflow, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, invoicing, and supporting financial reporting, audit processes, and accounting closings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including national and international aging reports.
• Communicate directly with clients, providing clarification on billing issues and following up on overdue accounts.
• Manage the full treasury process, including payment forecasting, bank reconciliations, and balance monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Accounting, Controlling, HR) to ensure data consistency and accurate postings in the ERP system.
• Issue invoices and tax documents for both domestic and international clients.
• Review and verify billing information, especially concerning withholding taxes.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets.
• Participate in monthly and annual accounting closings.
• Analyze and validate accounting data in financial systems.
• Support internal audit requests.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Handle registrations with government agencies for public sector sales.
• Monitor and maintain control over the company's insurance policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Treasury.
• Advanced English knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Business Central.
• Desirable experience with Power BI, Master Data, or other automation tools.
• Proactive, analytical, and strong communication skills.
