**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Promote actions for continuous improvement and cost reduction in production processes;
- Development of processes for adhesion, vulcanization and assembly lines;
- Conduct projects implementations of new products, new equipment or new production process according to standards;
- Create and maintain routines in SAP;
- Assist in the implementation of new products in the pilot series and production support;
- Create and update tool projects in 2D/3D;
- Preparation of specifications, commissioning of machines and tools;
- Conduct internal training for operators and maintenance on the use of new equipment;
- Production line balancing studies;
- Determine, analyze and control process wastes;
- Create and update process FMEA according to local conditions and standards
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Academic degree: Mechanical, Automation Engineering or related areas);
- Advanced English skills;
- SolidWorks and AutoCad knowledge;
- Lean manufacturing knowledge;
- SAP knowledge;
- Experience in manufacturing process;
- Desirable FMEA knowledge;
- Good communication and problem solving skills;
- Experience in rubber process is a plus.
- Experience with automation is a plus
