Overview We are seeking a dynamic IoT Technical Architect to join our São Paulo team. This role is pivotal in bridging our technical offerings with customer needs, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of our IoT solutions. Responsibilities Pre‑Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored IoT solutions that leverage Acceleronix’s offerings. Solution Design: Develop end‑to‑end IoT architectures, integrating hardware, connectivity, and platform services to meet client objectives. Customer Engagement: Present solutions to clients, articulating technical concepts in a clear and business‑oriented manner. Post‑Sales Support: Assist in the deployment and integration of solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal performance. Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhance solution offerings. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years as solution engineer with a focus on both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities. Strong understanding of IoT architectures, including connectivity options (e.g., NB‑IoT, LTE‑M), device management, and cloud platforms. Act as internal champion for customer needs: Translate feedback into actionable insights to influence product innovation and roadmap direction. Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with customers, the sales team, and internal stakeholders to support and develop solutions, leveraging both Acceleronix and third‑party offerings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Demonstrated ability to understand and align solutions with customer business goals. Location & Travel Based in Brazil, São Paulo. The role requires frequent travel, approximately 40% of the time, both within Brazil and internationally, including multi‑week business trips as needed.
