***Job Description**:As a Software Development Manager you will be focused on helping engineering teams perform at their best, champion engineering best practices, innovation and quality processes to deliver world class quality software. Development Managers will work closely with product management to ensure alignment and delivery of key product roadmap deliverables. Delivery Managers will lead their teams by providing technical direction, removing impediments, and ensuring teams follow all agile and quality processes. As a servant leader, you will provide coaching and feedback to help team members grow their capabilities and careers.
**Requirements**:
- Experience leading one or more Agile teams
- Proven experience working as an engineering leader (engineering manager or technical
- leader)
- Comfortable working with people as well as on technical tasks
- Knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and theory
- Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, conflict resolution, continuous improvement & coaching
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Self motivation and drive. Problem solving attitude.
- 5+ years of experience programming in C# or Java
- Nice To Have Skills:
- Experience with Azure (or any cloud) is an advantage
- Experience in working with modern deployment pipelines
***Basic Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, related disciplines, or equivalent work
