Job Description The Senior Art Director develops original concepts and design solutions across a wide range of assignments, partnering closely with copy, strategy, and client service teams. This role contributes strong visual thinking, ensures work aligns with client objectives, and supports junior creatives through guidance and collaboration. The Senior Art Director also applies a solid understanding of production processes and internal workflows to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative within deadlines. What You’ll Do Develop concepts and visual approaches that align with client strategy and creative goals Collaborate with copy and cross-functional partners to translate insights into compelling design Direct designers, photographers, illustrators, and production resources as needed Present creative work clearly and effectively to internal teams and clients Support junior creatives through feedback, coaching, and oversight Qualifications Required Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional concepting, craft, and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus Decisive problem‑solving ability Ability to work effectively within team environments Working knowledge of market and category challenges Experience working in LATAM markets Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and related applications Regular experience using AI tools 2–4+ years of relevant advertising agency experience Desired Healthcare or pharma experience Global market exposure Ability to adapt visual direction to diverse audience needs Strong presentation confidence and ability to defend creative rationale Familiarity with production processes, usage rights, and internal creative workflows Additional Information Join a collaborative, growth‑focused culture where your ideas are valued and your career is built.
