Today, our company has grown to over 800 employees, delivering high-quality live courses to more than 50,000 students annually on our online Learning Platform.We are seeking a creative individual with strong skills in video creation, Generative AI, and Project Management. As part of our creative team, you will primarily focus on producing video ads for Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, targeting over five markets worldwide.Your role will involve generating creative ideas and concepts, engaging directly with stakeholders for creative collaboration, working with creative and technical briefs, editing and post-producing video content. You will specialize in performance marketing on our websites and social media platforms.As video has become the most effective way to communicate our company’s messages online, your role will be crucial to our success.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop creative concepts and video drafts based on creative briefs, interpret brand needs, and understand our target audience for each project to achieve specific metrics and results for our stakeholders.**Requirements**:- **Experience**: 8 years of experience as a video specialist or a similar role in video production (editing, project management and postproduction).- 5 years of experience working in performance/influencer marketing, collaborating with Influencers and Digital Content creators.- Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects with good skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.- Proficient with ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, LumaAI and all the main GenAI tools currently available.- Experience with Graphic Design is a strong plus- Fluent verbal and written English skills- Creative thinker and storyteller- Good time-management skills- Great interpersonal and communication skills- Possess a portfolio with recent and most relevant work.**Preferred Skills**:- Great interpersonal and communication skills, empathy and a positive attitude, who knows how to be a team player and go that extra mile when needed.- A solid understanding of video production, motion graphics and best practices for social media content.- A solid understanding of performance marketing and how to optimize creative to maximize results.- A sensitive creative approach on digital content creation.- Problem solver: you know what you are doing, and you can take the right decisions when complications arise**Perks & Benefits**:- A creative and collaborative work environment where ideas matter- Independence to showcase your own creative vision- Stay at the forefront of trends in video creation- Work from home, but never alone We foster a strong, collaborative team environment- Collaborate with an international team across the globe- Competitive salary and flexible working hours
