Responsabilidades e atribuições: 

  • Gerenciar contas estratégicas, fortalecendo relações de longo prazo com clientes chave e assegurando a entrega de soluções personalizadas e de alto valor.
  • Manter agenda de visitas e contatos frequentes com clientes e prospects, buscando estar sempre informado das necessidades específicas de seus negócios, a fim de posicionar adequadamente as soluções em produtos da empresa, viabilizando melhores resultados para os clientes, assim como o aumento da rentabilidade da carteira
  • Realizar negociações, respeitando as diretrizes comerciais da empresa
  • Realizar recomendações agronômicas e tecnológicas assertivas alinhadas ao negócio do cliente
  • Orientar a equipe do cliente quanto ao manejo dos produtos, através de programas de treinamentos, palestras técnicas ou campos demonstrativos
  • Realizar acompanhamento de pós-venda através de apoio técnico, visando garantir que o cliente utilize o produto de forma apropriada e extraia o máximo do potencial tecnológico contido nele.
