The company is seeking a **passionate and talented Product Manager** to join our team and thrive in a dynamic, multi-project environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage all aspects of the product lifecycle—from gathering and prioritizing requirements to defining the product vision and ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with engineering teams.**Key Responsibilities**:- Oversee all product aspects throughout the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to define the product vision.- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.- Define priorities, create user stories, and plan product releases.- Ensure product quality, technical integrity, and user-centric design.**Requirements**:- **4+ years** of experience in software **product management** - **Must**- Experience working in **Agile teams** as a **Product Owner** - **Must**- Strong ability to create **requirements documents** based on business needs- Solid **technical background** with an understanding of software development processes- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** in English- Strong **business orientation** and ability to align product strategy with company goals- Experience in **web and mobile** product development- Experience in defining **requirements for backend systems**- Independent, fast learner with strong **problem-solving** skills- Excellent **teamwork and collaboration** skills- **Bachelor’s degree** (BSc in Computer Science preferred) - **Advantage
