We're currently seeking full-stack developers to join our engineering team, with a strong emphasis on deep WordPress and modern JavaScript experience.The RoleWe’re looking for two skilled full-stack developers, ideally from an agency or product background, to help us deliver best-in-class WordPress-based experiences. At least one of these candidates must be a PHP and WordPress expert, while the other may lean more toward JavaScript and React development—though both should bring solid WP development skills to the table.You’ll be working on high-scale web platforms using modern architecture, including headless WordPress setups. Our ideal candidates are highly collaborative, write clean and well-documented code, and are comfortable owning features end-to-end in an agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement high-quality, maintainable full-stack solutionsLead or support development of custom WordPress themes, plugins, and Gutenberg blocksBuild scalable headless architectures with WordPress as a backend (REST/GraphQL APIs)Work with modern JavaScript tooling and frameworks (React, Redux, Node.Js, Webpack)Manage SQL databases and optimize performanceEnsure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, PMs, and QAParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectivesMinimum QualificationsAdvanced level of written and oral English proficiency5+ years of full-stack development experienceStrong experience with PHP and WordPress core developmentExperience with ACF, WordPress templating, custom post types, and plugin developmentProficiency in JavaScript (including ES6+), HTML, and CSSExperience with React (especially Gutenberg block development) and ReduxFamiliarity with headless architecture, REST APIs, and GraphQLProficient with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD toolsUnderstanding of accessibility and performance best practicesExperience with Agile development processesStrong UNIX/Linux command line skillsNice to HaveFamiliarity with Alley’s Irving frameworkExperience with Node.Js and ExpressWebpack or other JavaScript build toolsExperience with Redux SagasCloud infrastructure familiarity (e.G., AWS, Vercel, Netlify)Benefits- Yearly Office Allowance Budget- Macbook Purchase Support- Wellbeing SupportIf you think that you are a good fit for the position, please apply through .Only CVs that are in English will be accepted.Flatiron Software Co has a zero tolerance to discrimination policy.
