Job Overview We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our Enterprise Monitoring team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of our observability platforms. You will be responsible for owning the daily health, performance, and availability of enterprise monitoring tools, performing routine maintenance, upgrades, and configuration tuning to ensure optimal system performance, and collaborating with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to integrate monitoring solutions and improve visibility. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a passion for automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, who can work in a global or distributed team and has experience working with Splunk, DynaTrace, and NewRelic in production environments. Key Responsibilities: Owning the daily health, performance, and availability of enterprise monitoring tools (Splunk, DynaTrace, NewRelic). Performing routine maintenance, upgrades, and configuration tuning to ensure optimal system performance. Triage and resolving monitoring-related incidents and service tickets in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborating with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to integrate monitoring solutions and improve visibility. Developing and maintaining dashboards, alerts, and reports to support operational and business needs. Participating in on-call rotations and supporting incident response efforts.
