BRANDING SR. MARKETING MANAGER role at 99. We are seeking a senior and visionary marketing leader to drive the branding strategy of 99 across Brazil, ensuring consistency, cultural relevance, and impact at scale. This role goes beyond execution and requires translating consumer insights and business objectives into a cohesive brand narrative, leading multi-channel campaigns, large-scale brand experiences, and integrated communication initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and evolve the positioning of the 99 brand to ensure cultural resonance and business alignment; manage brand architecture; develop short, mid, and long-term brand plans; lead studies on brand equity, awareness, and perception, translating insights into strategy.
  • Integrated Communication: Design and implement 360º brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels; ensure brand narrative across digital, offline, and on-the-ground experiences; own and evolve the Brand Book and identity guidelines for diverse audiences and markets.
  • Brand Building Projects: Lead major brand activations, sponsorships, and real-world experiences; oversee urban interventions, events, and cultural partnerships; define KPIs and measure impact on business and perception.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead and develop the Branding team; act as the primary branding representative in senior forums; influence decision-making and align cross-functional priorities.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Define KPIs for brand health; track and analyze results; translate data into compelling leadership storytelling; continuously optimize initiatives based on performance.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in branding, marketing, preferably in tech or service companies.
  • Experience in 360º campaign development, brand positioning, and managing cross-functional, high-visibility projects.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and grow senior-level talent.
  • Ability to blend creative vision with a data-driven mindset to deliver inspiration and measurable impact.
  • Hands-on approach balancing strategic leadership with operational excellence.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Fluent in English.
