About The Role Cashflow Analyst. This role supports the Junior Manager in managing monthly invoicing, client payments, and cashflow tracking. You will prepare accurate invoices, deliver them on time, and track payments. This fully remote position supports a team in the EST time zone. What You’ll Do Invoice Preparation: collaborate with the Junior Manager to prepare and review the monthly invoice sheet for all clients; ensure invoice details (amounts, due dates, client information) are accurate before submission. Invoice Submission: send finalized invoices through QuickBooks each billing cycle and track successful delivery. Payment Processing: run ACH payments in QuickBooks as payments become due; maintain accurate records of all received payments. Collections Monitoring: monitor client accounts to ensure timely payments; immediately notify the Junior Manager of late or missed payments and assist in drafting payment reminders when needed. Reporting: reports directly to the Junior Manager and provides daily updates on invoicing status, outstanding payments, and general cashflow overview. You Should Apply If This Sounds Like You 2‑3 years of experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or related roles. Independent or experience on small nimble finance teams. Experience in marketing services or agencies is a plus. Intimately familiar with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Ramp.com, Excel, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A self‑starter who enjoys working within a close‑knit team environment. Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, initiative, and ownership of the role.
