We’re looking for the latter.**Location**: Campinas**Reporting Line**: LabNetwork manager (senior)Job PurposeThis position is accountable for managing all lab network accounts in his/her region making sure each of them deliver the sales goals set for the year. He / she is responsible for all relationship programs as well as the increase of Transitions lenses sales in the customers mix of products. The incumbent is also accountable for making sure the lab network rules and regulations are adhere to;Key Responsibilities of the RoleDevelopment of marketing and sales campaigns along with the lab to increase the penetration of transitions in their mix.Value chain mapping in his / her region;Implementation of coop actions and sales incentives programs.Follow up on sales figures and monthly reportsIdentify potential new customersKeep management team up to date with optical market news and trendsBudget management and reporting monthlyImplementation and execution of education programs with labsParticipation of trade shows and events in the countryIndirect management of a consultant team who are directly employed by their lab accountsIdentifies and communicates benefits to get agreement; Uses data effectively to back up decisions and recommendationsMakes all customers feel that they are very importantTakes an active part in addressing problemsPrioritizes tasks and allocates time appropriatelyKey Requirements (Education and Experience)**Knowledge of Marketing**: Co-op programs, promotion and point of sale strategies.**Knowledge of sales**: customers relations, key account management, negotiation skills, promotions3-4 years’ experience in sales B2BBasic englishTransversal ResponsibilitiesAll employees have a responsibility to contribute to the Group’s sustainability and in doing so ensure that we can continue to fulfil our mission.All business decisions and actions must serve and be in line with the Group’s sustainability goals and mission.An employee must abide by the legal compliance policy in the performing of his/her duties.Success FactorsPersists to overcome obstacles; Challenges people at all levels to exceed current levels of performanceActs with consideration of the views, situations or needs of othersInvests time to understand the customer’s business at a high level of detailAddresses the source, not just the symptoms, of customer problemsInitiates needed actions without waiting for directionRecommends decisions or actions where a need exists but responsibility is unclearAccepts personal accountability for his/her actions and commitmentsDevelops clear action plans that address the details needed to achieve objectives; Develops contingency plans for handling anticipated obstacles or problemsUses systematic processes to develop time lines and estimate resource requirements
