Position Overview

Are you ready to take your IT career to the next level? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Site Service Support expert to join our IT team at Archroma. As an IT Site Service Support specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, enhancing the IT infrastructure at a specific site, and providing outstanding technical support to end-users. You'll have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and collaborate with a talented team of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure Maintenance: Proactively monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure at the site, including hardware, software, and network components, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• End-User Support: Provide exceptional technical support to end-users at the site, promptly resolving IT issues, and offering guidance and training when necessary.

• Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve IT-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring the smooth operation of systems.

• IT Stock Management: Manage and maintain IT stock at the site, including hardware, software, and peripherals. Monitor inventory levels, place orders as needed, and ensure the availability of necessary IT resources.

• IT Security: Assist in maintaining cybersecurity measures at the site, ensuring that data and systems are protected from potential threats.

• Documentation: Keep detailed records of all IT-related activities, configurations, and incidents at the site.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to implement new technologies, system improvements, and process enhancements


Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field is desired.

• Proven +5 years of experience in IT support, systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and IT stock management.

• Advanced English language skills (written and spoken) due to our global operations.

• Strong knowledge of various operating systems, hardware, and software.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch end-user support.

• A passion for staying up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
