Overview

The goal of Amazon Logistics is to build a world class last mile operation. Amazon Logistics is looking for a Learning Manager. This position will support operations expansion by implementing scalable solutions in order to guarantee quality of processes and drive standards adoption.

Responsibilities
  • As Learning Manager, you will be responsible for training of two audiences: 1) Under the Roof Operations and 2) Leadership onboarding and development.
  • Your scope includes the definition of Learning area strategy and day-to-day operations of learning organization within Amazon Ops Leadership and Under the Roof.
  • You will manage a team of Regional Learning Coordinators.
  • Key goal is to guarantee onboarding/training compliance in accordance with policies, procedures and standards.
  • You will perform quality audits and follow up metric results to drive customer experience and performance improvement within the delivery network.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced English Skills
  • Team management experience
  • Experience leading, teaching and developing people to deliver key organizational goals
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
  • Cross-functional project management experience
  • Process improvement experience via Kaizen and use of LEAN tools
  • Bachelors' Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field. MBA is a plus
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and content development
  • Ability to influence others
  • Certifications in Six Sigma and Lean are a plus
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
  • Ability to Deep Dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges
