Are you a skilled and motivated Software Developer looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer. We offer the opportunity to work on existing React-based internal applications used by engineering teams, providing a platform to showcase your technical expertise. You will be responsible for reorganizing and improving existing UI/UX for better usability and performance, driving innovation and growth within our organization. This role involves implementing new functionality and driving user-focused design improvements, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems. Collaboration is key in this position, working closely with technical and non-technical teams to understand pain points and deliver better experiences for our users. Mandatory requirements include: Proficiency in React, with experience delivering high-quality results using multiple frontend frameworks/languages. A proven track record of successfully delivering projects, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. Familiarity with HTMX, Lit (or similar technologies), and comfortable working on the UX layer. Some experience in UX design is highly desirable, with an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Nice to have skills include: Experience building internal tools over marketing sites, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative solutions. Wireframing and user research skills, with an ability to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Basic knowledge of backend systems, with an understanding of how they interact with front-end applications.
