**About the Company and Position**: We are looking for a Marketing manager to join our Management Company, which is developing a Web3 incubator. Your primary role will involve working on the branding of our company and its leaders and helping to develop marketing strategies for our Web3 projects. This role will focus on marketing management, digital marketing, and personal branding.**Who We’re Looking For**: An experienced professional with over 3 years in marketing, particularly in IT and Web3. You should have a proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies. A high proficiency in Ukrainian (native level) and English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher is essential, along with experience in international markets and an understanding of the Web3 industry.**Responsibilities**:- ** Market Analysis and Target Audience**: Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.- ** Strategic Planning**: Developing and implementing marketing strategies, including content and PR strategies.- ** Personal Branding Management**: Promoting top managers and key company employees.- ** Analytics and Optimization**: Utilizing analytics tools to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.- ** Budgeting**: Budgeting marketing activities and monitoring expenses.- ** Partnership Development and Innovation**: Implementing new tools and technologies, collaborating with influencers and partners.- ** Requirements**:- 3+ years of marketing experience in IT and Web3.- Native level Ukrainian proficiency.- English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.- Strong project management skills, as well as strategic and analytical thinking.- Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.).- Understanding of the Web3 landscape, with skills in PR and content marketing.**Hiring Process**:- Sourcing and screening by the agency.- Completion of a test assignment.- Final interview with the Founder and CEO.**Why Join Us**:- Opportunity to work in a dynamic Web3 industry.- Prospects for professional and career growth.- Attractive terms for vacations, holidays, and benefits.If you’re ready to take on new challenges in marketing, want to work with an innovative team, and are eager to build a brand on an international scale, we look forward to receiving your resume
