Support the revenue management team by building valuable information and reports as well as analyzing our main data sources to provide valuable insights to RMs.
Monitor future demand and recommend yield strategies
Ensure inventory allocation and pricing parameters are positioned to support the optimum business mix and total hotel revenue objective
Maximizing net room revenue contribution through an understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rate Track competitive set pricing and yield strategies, understanding the comp set's reaction to changes in the marketplace
Conduct regular audits of systems and channels to ensure accuracy of rates, package information, and availability
Help monitor and execute rate strategies using inventory and pricing management tools
Engaging and supports the hotels selling strategy in all distribution systems
Support on the hotel weekly revenue meeting
Review and provide performance comments for each market segment and as required
