Work with leaders across Operations, Biz Dev, and Strategy to propose, execute and improve projects that will lead Cornershop into a new operational model, such as dark stores, quick commerce or new types of shoppers. This person should be a generalist, able to create business proposals, propose pilots, project manage cross functional teams, determine key metrics to be analyzed, speak in public to key external stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve already existing ways of operation. Go-to person when a Store is proposing a new way to make picking and delivery or when a market trend around delivery and picking becomes relevant.
**What will you do?**:
- Gather knowledge within and outside Cornershop of new operational models
- Create business cases to propose internal and external operational improvements
- Define and manage plans of approved projects with stakeholders from tech, biz dev, catalog, shoppers, inventory, legal, and strategy teams
- Track projects performance with the help of data teams
- Detect opportunities to improve current projects
- Lead the on site operation teams for these projects until defining a permanent structure.
**What do you need to succeed?**:
- Be able to identify problems, determine the correct analysis to assess them, have a problem solving mindset to come up with solutions, and be a good team leader to involve everyone needed to implement action plans
- Data driven

- Good business and operations logic; been able to foresee the impact of projects in different areas of the company, and been able to divide projects into small chronological tasks
- Multitasker, leading more than one project at the same time
- Understand the context and impact of project, to be able to set priorities
