Overview
Join to apply for the Business Development Representative role at HKR . We are looking for a sales professional to re-engage dormant client accounts and spark fresh sales conversations for a US-based luxury interior design brand. This is a remote-friendly role with a distributed team.
What you'll be doing- Reach out to new prospects and re-engage dormant client accounts through thoughtful cold calls and targeted emails.
- Qualify leads—identify active, dormant, and ready-to-engage prospects.
- Partner with the Lead Gen Associate to research accounts and keep contact information up to date.
- Handoff hot leads to the internal sales team to close deals.
- Collaborate with the client’s sales team to build a re-engagement strategy from scratch.
- Keep detailed records of outreach in the CRM and share insights on what’s working and what isn’t.
- You have 3+ years of BDR or sales experience and are comfortable making cold calls.
- You are persuasive and respectful when reigniting relationships with past clients.
- Familiar with CRM tools, Excel, LinkedIn, and related software.
- You are detail-oriented and organized—notes, calls, and follow-ups are well documented.
- You have led small teams or built processes and have demonstrated results.
- You are growth-minded and refine your approach based on KPIs and feedback.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in luxury or interior design, but learning fast is expected.

- 2 PM - 11 PM schedule (1 hour lunch break)
