Overview

Join to apply for the Business Development Representative role at HKR . We are looking for a sales professional to re-engage dormant client accounts and spark fresh sales conversations for a US-based luxury interior design brand. This is a remote-friendly role with a distributed team.

What you'll be doing
  • Reach out to new prospects and re-engage dormant client accounts through thoughtful cold calls and targeted emails.
  • Qualify leads—identify active, dormant, and ready-to-engage prospects.
  • Partner with the Lead Gen Associate to research accounts and keep contact information up to date.
  • Handoff hot leads to the internal sales team to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the client’s sales team to build a re-engagement strategy from scratch.
  • Keep detailed records of outreach in the CRM and share insights on what’s working and what isn’t.
About You
  • You have 3+ years of BDR or sales experience and are comfortable making cold calls.
  • You are persuasive and respectful when reigniting relationships with past clients.
  • Familiar with CRM tools, Excel, LinkedIn, and related software.
  • You are detail-oriented and organized—notes, calls, and follow-ups are well documented.
  • You have led small teams or built processes and have demonstrated results.
  • You are growth-minded and refine your approach based on KPIs and feedback.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in luxury or interior design, but learning fast is expected.
