Experience and Education:

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring alignment with best practices, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
- Review and participate in technical designs, code, and architecture for high-performance web applications, while ensuring scalability, security, and reliability of products.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring completion within set timelines, budget, and process standards.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish timelines and milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify process improvements and potential risks, to implement strategies that will increase efficiency and effectiveness in product development and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product management, and stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
