Galgo is a Series B fintech and marketplace that enables motorcycle ownership across Mexico, Colombia, and Chile through embedded finance tailored to the underbanked and a unique dealer network. We combine inventory distribution with credit solutions to unlock mobility and income opportunities for our customers. We are looking for our next Underwriting Manager to join a high-performance team. The main responsibilities will include: Driving conversion in line with Galgo’s credit risk appetite and IRR, through the design and evolution of credit products, underwriting policies and processes, pricing, and product mix for Galgo’s funnel. This will be achieved through the following responsibilities: Experience in revenue management and trade-off decision making Strong results orientation with a business-driven mindset, independence, and growth ambition Background in credit risk management, underwriting, or analytics within financial institutions or fintechs Solid knowledge of applied statistics, modeling, and data analysis Proven ability to lead teams and cross-functional projects, integrating both technical and strategic perspectives What We Offer Opportunity to disrupt mobility access for the underbanked A high-growth environment with a strong results-driven and curiosity-based culture Full ownership of P&L and freedom to build Seniority levelMid-Senior level Employment typeFull-time Job functionFinance and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
